Real Beef, Cheese & Bacon Sausage Roll

As unbelievable as it may sound Ubake have developed a gourmet beef cheese & bacon sausage roll. Sausage rolls are traditionally made with very low quality meat and quite often sausage meat. Our sausage roll is made with 100% beef and that beef is rated at 90 CL. This means that the meat must contain less than 10% fat and in most cases our meat contains less than 5 % fat. We add diced bacon and cheddar cheese to make this sausage roll a delight

While we use 100% beef in the sausage roll the meat is put through a fine mince plate which makes it easy to digests and a favorite among all ages.
