Real Beef Maxi Sausage Roll – Baked
As unbelievable as it may sound Cattlemans have developed a real beef sausage roll. Sausage rolls are traditionally made with very low quality meat and quite often sausage meat. Our sausage roll is made with 100% beef and as the same as the pie that beef is rated at 95% CL. This means that the meat must contain less than 5% fat and in most cases our meat contains less than 2.5% fat.
While we use 100% beef in the sausage roll the meat is put through a fine mince plate which makes it easy to digests and a favourite among all ages.
