Australian Orders

UBake Fresh uses HACCP accredited refrigerated food delivery couriers for the delivery of all orders within Australia.

  •   Parcels will be sent in sealed boxes
  •   Parcels do not require a signature on receipt
  •   Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed

International Orders

International orders outside of Australia are negotiated and quoted through Head office ex website. This is a growing market which requires expertise along with detailed agreements.

For cancellations, please contact UBake Fresh by phone.

When contacting UBake Fresh by phone, you will be required to identify yourself by providing three identification details, which can include your name, customer order details, and/or contact information.

You will also be required to provide three points of identification if UBake Fresh contacts you by telephoneto discuss your account.

These measures are taken to comply with the Privacy Act, and to ensure your personal information remains secure.

Failure to provide identity information may result in UBake Fresh being unable to assist you with your enquiry.

Incorrect Items Ordered

We will issue a refund for items ordered incorrectly by customers if:

  • UBake Fresh is notified by phone or email the earlier of 24 hours or prior to an order being dispatched from our depot

Incorrect Items Sent

If we have sent you the incorrect product from what you ordered we will replace it and reimburse your delivery costs if any were paid:

  • UBake Fresh is notified by phone or email within 3 days from the date of supply and remains in original sealed packaging

Damaged or Defective Goods

We will replace any damaged or defective items at no charge if:

  • UBake Fresh is notified by phone or email within 3 days from the date of supply

Cancellation of Order

Where we agree to a cancellation, a cancellation fee will apply where an order is cancelled after the order has been submitted given we dispatch most items on the day of order. A one-off cancellation fee of AUD$10 will apply.
